As the third generation of the Phillips family, brothers Andre, Irvin, and Kendall spent our youth swimming along these very beaches, fostering a profound, lifelong reverence for the ocean.
After pursuing rigorous higher education across the United States and Canada, we returned home to elevate this cherished local legacy into an internationally recognized enterprise. Today, we proudly merge world-class standards with deep local expertise, driving economic empowerment and financial independence for both our family and the vibrant community we serve.
