Our protocols are meticulously designed to safeguard your experience, protect our elite production teams, and preserve our advanced maritime and aerial assets. By maintaining these rigorous standards, we guarantee the uncompromised execution and flawless service that defines the Blue Horizon Media legacy in St. Lucia.

THE PROTOCOLS OF ENGAGEMENT

By commissioning Blue Horizon Media Ltd., you formally accede to the following operational mandates, established to preserve the absolute exclusivity and seamless execution of our portfolio services:

  • The Sovereign Retainer (50% Non-Refundable): A fifty percent advanced commitment fee is required to secure your date. This retainer immediately liquidates availability on our calendar, reserving our master creators and elite maritime fleet exclusively for your narrative. It is entirely non-refundable.
  • The 15-Minute Temporal Grace Limit: Our daily production itineraries are stringently time-blocked to capture precise daylight conditions. Arriving more than 15 minutes past your appointed commencement time results in an automatic forfeiture of the session, with no refunds or credits issued.
  • Asset and Equipment Liability: Clients assume absolute financial accountability for any structural or aesthetic damage caused to our signature clear vessels, artisan rafts, or advanced camera arrays through negligence, unauthorized footwear, or jewelry abrasions.

METEOROLOGICAL & MARITIME DISRUPTION CLAUSES

As our multi-crew production teams operate directly on the coastlines of Vigie Beach, Reduit Beach, and Gros Islet, marine security remains our paramount priority.

  • Absolute Operational Discretion: Blue Horizon Media Ltd. retains the exclusive authority to defer or reschedule a session. Decisions are based entirely on unsafe marine swells, high winds, torrential precipitation, or atmospheric electrical activity.
  • The Capital Preservation Protocol: Should a session be compromised by severe weather or a cruise vessel bypassing Port Castries due to maritime dictates, the remedy follows our structured corporate ladder:
  • A. Temporal Realignment: Immediate relocation of your commission to an alternative open date or time slot within the same week.
  • B. The Five-Year Legacy Credit: If departing the island precludes rescheduling, a Digital Corporate Credit Voucher will be issued. It remains valid for three years. No cash liquidity will be disbursed from our financial reserves.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DATA PRIVACY PROTOCOLS

This section establishes the legal parameters governing the ownership, protection, and preservation of your digital assets:

  • The Permanent Copyright Anchor: Blue Horizon Media Ltd. retains absolute, perpetual intellectual property ownership over all raw and edited aerial assets, cinematic media, and vertical compositions captured by our team.
  • The Global Promotional License: By engaging our creative services, you grant Blue Horizon Media Ltd. an irrevocable, worldwide license to feature your session imagery within our digital look-books, curated website templates, and global advertising campaigns.
  • The Privacy Shield (GDPR & CCPA Compliant): Client telemetry, including identities, contact channels, and transaction histories, is processed via premium end-to-end encrypted networks. Your data is strictly shielded and never commercialized or shared with external marketing consortiums.

DIGITAL ASSET DISBURSEMENT & ACQUISITION PROTOCOLS

Our transmission parameters for all individual, couple, and overland multi-sessions are absolute and unyielding:

  • The Editorial Gallery Timeline: Your master-edited digital media portfolio will be deployed to an exclusive, secure private gallery link within 24 to 48 hours following your session.
  • The Immediate Digital Transfer Add-On: Instantaneous, uncompressed file delivery directly to your device while on the shoreline requires the acquisition of our Hyper-Drive Express enhancement ($30 USD) during the onboarding phase.
  • The Definitive Media Close: Because digital assets cannot be physically returned or revoked once transmitted, all commissions are entirely final. No financial adjustments or reversals will be enacted based on personal wardrobe selections, shifting meteorological conditions, or subjective aesthetic interpretations.
